Karim is a Senior Principal Civil Engineer with a 18-year record of overseeing the design and construction of largescale dredging, reclamation, and coastal management projects from inception to completion. His key areas of expertise include capital and maintenance dredging works, onshore land disposal of dredged material, land reclamation, beneficial reuse of dredged material, beach nourishment works, coastal management works and marine geotechnical engineering.

Climate Change Resilience - Implementing Practical Approaches for Ports and Harbours
Greg leads BMT's climate risk and resilience capabilitiy globally in terms of strategy, business development and project delivery. As a senior principal consultant, he also serves as a strategic advisor to both public and prive sector clients, with specific expertise in the fields of coastal and marine science, policy and management. Based in Brisbane, Greg has over 25 years of experience in natural hazard and climate change-related risk and resilience studies with planning, transport, and conservation agencies at all levels of government. He also has experience undertaking climate risk impacts assessments for new infrastructure projects across the transport, water and resources sectors.

Monitoring and Analysis of Wake-Induced Vessel Motions: An Innovative Case-Study - Williamstown, Melbourne
Daniel specialises in environmental, coastal and metocean engineering and assessment of marine and freshwater systems using his broad engineering and sciences background in combination with strong numerical modelling, analytical, and project management skills. He has been involved in diverse projects related to water, resources and aquatic environments, including environmental impact assessments and risk studies, engineering inputs, water and wastewater management, operational discharges, water quality, sediment transport, drainage and oil spills.
